About Us

Apple Heating & Cooling was founded in April 1985 by Scott Robinson and Dave Pinelli. Starting the company with just the two founders as employees, the firm was engaged in installing heating and air conditioning systems in new homes and entered the replacement and add–on market. We added our first hire in September of that year – Stan Zwaduk who is currently our Service Manager.

Apple Heating & Cooling has steadily grown with a philosophy of dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work. We moved from our first location at 4807 Park Ave. in Ashtabula to current location of company headquarters at 315 W. 49^th St. in Ashtabula in 1995. We added our second location in Willoughby in 2005. In 2007 with the purchase of Gallo Heating and Air Conditioning we moved our Lake County branch to its present location at 1363 E. 286th St. in Wickliffe.

We serve residential and commercial customers in Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula Counties, as well as the eastern portion of Cuyahoga county. Our products and services include sales, installation, maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning systems. Included under that general heading are gas furnaces, central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, geothermal systems, hot water and steam boilers and mini–split air conditioners. We also offer products to improve indoor air quality including humidifiers, high–efficiency air cleaners, ultraviolet sanitizers, air cleaners and duct cleaning.

Today we employ 35 out of our two locations. Our business has continued to grow, built on a foundation of customer service. We have the following core values to guide us in our daily operations:
