Each plan comes with seasonal maintenance of your heating and/or cooling equipment, where we include all procedures that are required every year to keep your system performing safely and at maximum efficiency. Our Precision Tune Up and Safety Check includes:
GAS FURNACE
- Test Carbon Monoxide Levels
- Pull & clean burners, adjust as needed
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Clean Pilot assembly or flame sensor
- Test and adjust safety controls
- Inspect flu pipe and vent system
- Check draft and perform combustion analysis
- Check thermostat operation
- Check blower and motor operation
- Check gas pressure and adjust
- Change standard air filter (filter not included)
- Lubricate all moving parts as needed
GAS BOILER
- All on the furnace list that apply plus:
- Check all zone valves and thermostats
- Check expansion tank
- Check circulator
- Check fill valve
- Check low water cut oft if present
- Check sight glass if present
AIR CONDITIONER/HEAT PUMP
- Lubricate moving parts as applicable
- Check thermostat operation
- Check blower and motor operation
- Check temperature drop across indoor coil
- Chemically clean outdoor coil
- Check and clean condensate drain
- Change standard air filter (filter not included)
