 CONTEST RULES

         All entries must be on Apple Heating and Cooling “Oldest Furnace Contest” entry form.

  1. Entries will be received at the Home Show at the Ashtabula Towne Square Mall March 5-8th, 2009 and the Lake County Home Show at the LaMalfaPartyCenter in Mentor March 20-22nd, 2009.
  2. All furnaces require inspection to determine age. Furnace age will be determined by model and serial number, or receipts of purchase. In the event that an old furnace has no numbers or receipts, decision of our judges is final.
  3. A winner will be determined by May 30, 2009 and published on our website.
  4. Free furnace will be Apple Basic 92% gas furnace. Installation includes new galvanized metal flu pipe to existing chimney, adapting to existing ductwork, connection to existing gas line and electrical supply. Major code upgrades if needed are at additional cost. Any major upgrades will be approved before installation begins.
