“When I called with a problem, a real person answered the phone. I was given an appointment right away. The worker showed up when he said he would... Rick evaluated my needs, explained it all in detail. He did not try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. The installers were on time, pleasant, professional, hard-working. They worked until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no trace of anyone having worked there other than a brand new, perfectly operating furnace. Rick provided all documents needed for my taxes, warranties, etc. He programmed my thermostat and explained how to make changes.
I know my friends are going to think I am exaggerating when I rave about the service, And I wouldn’t be surprised if they say, ‘Yes, sure. I bet they sent flowers, too!’ Well guess what: THEY SENT FLOWERS TOO! Since they won’t believe me, I will make sure to take a picture to show them.

I am writing to let you know what a pleasure it has been to work with your company.  The entire experience has been characterized by nothing but professionalism and exceeded expectations.  Honestly, I do not go out of my way to communicate with retailers or contractors in this manner, but my dealings with Apple have been so far from the norm, that I thought it was justified.

 1. Frank - He came out originally to do some emergency service on our old unit back in Feb '08. I chose to call your company because of what I had read on the internet and Frank blew me away with his conduct, living up to everything I had read

2. My salesperson, Rick.  Very professional and capable.  It was a pleasure to give him my business.

3. The Installers - These two guys were, again, very professional and worked diligently to get our systems up and running very quickly.  The quality of the work was extremely high, and even the city inspector complimented it.  

 4. Jeff - He came out to investigate a lingering issue (resulting from the manufacturing process, not the installation), and was every bit as professional as Frank had been a year ago. Again, I am impressed with the quality of your team.

I can’t forget the great guys from Yoder who did the drilling. They were very professional. There wasn’t a question that they didn’t answer for me. They put protection against the pool deck and the vegetable garden to keep the dirt from soiling everything ...
