ULTIMATE TUNE UP – GAS HEATING

Pull burners, clean and reinstall burners
Check all safety controls
Measure and record gas pressure, adjust as needed
Check air settings, adjust for economy and safety
Measure and record thermocouple output in millivolts
Check and adjust thermostat
Measure Carbon Monoxide levels, overfire and in space
Measure and record temperature rise
Check heat exchanger for leaks
Check integrity of flu pipe
Measure and record draft
Measure and record amp draw of blower motor
Clean out condensate drain
Check tension and integrity of blower belts
Oil blower motor and bearings
Change standard air filter


ULTIMATE TUNE UP - CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

Measure and record refrigerant pressures
Measure and record temperature drop at indoor coil
Clean condensate drain line
Clean outdoor coil
Clean indoor coil with spray on cleaner
Repair damaged insulation – suction line
Change air filter
Measure and record blower amp draw
Measure and record compressor integrity (me ohm)
Measure and record condenser fan motor amp draw
Check contractor
