What is Zoning and what will it do for you?

Imagine you come home to a dark house. You come through the door, flip a switch, and all of the lights in the house come on! That isn't very efficient, is it? Of course our lights are all controlled in "zones" of need. Your heating and cooling system could also be zoned, increasing your comfort and saving you money.

If you have any of the following situations, you should look into zoning:
· Upstairs too warm
· Upstairs too cold
· One end of the home heats up when the sun comes out and moves across the sky
· There is a finished attic, basement, new addition or bonus room too hot or cold to enjoy
· Rooms with little or no usage
· System runs constantly but you are never comfortable
